Our return window

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. That gives you plenty of time to be sure it is the right fit for you.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

No restocking fees

There are no restocking fees, ever. What you paid is what comes back to you, in line with this policy.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method so you can follow your parcel on its way back to us.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or piece instead? Exchanges are available on request, so just mention it when you reach out.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time before it appears.
